I raced a pretty fast '00 Si last night

We were on the freeway yesterday evening (loooong stretch w/no cars or cops anywhere) and this kitted Si with neons and washer lights cruises up next to me and keeps on going. I guess because my car looks stock minus the pipe and rims, nobody really pays attention. I hit the gas next to him a few times like a 17 year old (f it, I wanted to race) and we both got it on at the same time. I slowly pulled in front as we tore through 70 to 90, but by the time I limited at 125 I could see him in my rear view about 1 car length back, then he hit the brakes. I felt pretty good because even though I have a hatch I have a heavy sub and my ~180lb buddy was with me. I don't think he was happy, he cruised by again without even looking over. For those who don't know, I have a B16B with an intake and exhaust in a '00 hatch...

More people try to race me now that my car looks stock, than when it was all kitted and crazy painted and shit. They think we are easy prey, little do they know But thats why its so much fun. Good kill on the si. I like the 99-00 si alot, but I don't know about where you are from but here that all think they are untouchable... Nice to show the ricers whats up every once in awhile

Just imagine how they react when they get beat by a stock shoebox (my SE-R). Even with mods, I can usually jump them with my LSD and great torque/torque-band, and they can't regain what they lost afterwards.

I would hope you would make that kill since you have that b16b in your car. But good kill man, especially if you strated at a 70mph roll.
