Thumbs down please help, misfire wont go away

ok, so i bought a 97 camaro RS 5 speed almost 3 months ago. it ran pretty good for the first week or 2 before it started to misfire. it acts up for about a week or 2, then goes away for a week or 2, untill the last month probably where it just doesnt seem to go away. it doesnt happen when im going at a constant speed, but when i accelerate, with low revs or going up a hill it always happens. it will hold back, then have a little boost of power, then hold back again as i accelerate in second and 3rd mostly, but sometimes when i start in 1st if i dont have really high revs, it just sputters and looses all its power. and ive been driving standard for a year and a half so its not like im just bad at the clutch, plus i just got a new clutch about a month ago. then we put new spark plugs in, new fuel filter in, put some TKO in for the fuel injectors, and i cleaned the K&N so it cant be any of those, and i know my katalytic converters screwed so im dealing with that today. but if anyone has any tips id love to hear em.
