Is the UK version of the probe different in anyway?

minimally. Other than being right hand drive, the pop-up headlamp design differs slightly, and the tail lights are slightly different (yellow turn signals and left tail has the Red fog light indicator in place of a reverse light on '95-'97 PGT's)
