I have a 1998 BMW 328I Conv. and the radio has a very eratic volume control. It has been repaired twice. :screwy: Repair shop out of business. Anyone else experienced this problem :confused: ?
Is the fix to replace the radio from ebay?

most likely the radio is junk. seen it about 10 times.

Most likely your problem could be fixed by spraying your volume control with electronic parts cleaner. To do this you need to open your radio and spry the inside of the volume control rheostat. It worked for me.
