Hi! I guess no one knows about rack & Penion steering,
This is my first MGB restore- I previously restored a 65 Mustang with most question answered by stangnet forum. anyway I hope to meet people here. My MGB is really a cool car- I just finished putting the rack & penion boots on (I did the best I could putting 90 W gear lube in the rack)-After I align the wheels I'll have it on the road.
Well thanks- Hope to hear from some MGB people.

Howdy, sorry we couldnt be of more help, Iv only ever used grease on steering racks, and didnt realse the MG used oil, thats a new one to me.

There are a few MGB owners here, but remember the car has been around longer than the internet, and there are already some well established sites out there with plenty of information.

But if you want to meet other MGB owners, then as Iv said before join the MG car club

Thanks Jonnyc- I appreciate you sending me this link I'm going to check it out today.
I installed the new bellows and just left the rack & penion alone sense it was ok before. I did lube the rack with a coat of gear lube.
