clutch noise

I just recently bought a 94 civic which i took into the shop to have the a new bearing kit put in because it had this rough noise coming from the tranny.

Now, sometimes when i start the car or engage/disengage the clutch it SQUEEKS! not all the time, just sometimes... its damn aggravating because no one can analyze a problem that only occurs to me

i took it in for a check up and they said it sounds fine, so im wondering if this noise could come from my incompentance because i havent fully got the hang of driving a clutch (WHICH IS EXTREMELY FUCKING LIKELY)

or if im going to get screwed by them on future repairs...

i.e.. the noise starts occuring more often and i take it back to them since they gave me this pretty looking 6 mth warranty and tell me that when they put a new bearing kit on, it wasnt "this" bearing and it will cost me another 1000 dollars to fix it.

in which case i will have to burn thier shop down and shit on theri faces =( which i really dont wanna do, i JUST DONT!!!!

is it a really loud squeek? i have a 98 civic ex, and the cluth has squeeked since i purchased the car. 2 and a half years ago. just a squeek, i always assumed that it's the way the clutch is made, i know that in mine it's nothing wrong, and i only hear it if i don't have the radio on, it's that quiet. i know that's probably not much help. just thought i'd throw out my 2 cents

naa its not too loud; i only hear it when i start my car, until, like you said, my radio comes on...

but, still, the clutch shouldnt just naturally make a squeek.
especcially from just turning the car on.
but shit, if youve lived with it for several years and it didnt get any worst, thats enough to make me feel better :)

i just dont wanna have to keep replacing bearings every 2 weeks

the only time i notice it is when say i'm sitting there with the car in neutral, and i engage the clutch. it's just a slight squeek. i'vae never had any troubles with mine in the 2 years. and i beat the shit out of the clutch :)

Mine does the same thing but only when its in neutral, i doubt its ne thing. I wouldnt worry about it unless it gets louder or ne thing.
