Question Rear end too high

What is involved with lowering the rear of a 2000 neon some. It sits up way to high. Is it just a simple fix like installing smaller spring?

Scatch! Normal reputation
Yeah, springs are about the only way to go unless you want to have a completely custom suspension... $$$.
