Status bar on PM pop-up window.

(IE users only?)

If you get a PM, there's a pop-up asking if you want to open it or ignore it.

If you choose to open it, it then asks you if you want in the current window, or open a new window.

If you choose to open it in a new window, that new window will not have the status bar. I'd like the status bar turned on by default.

DO NOT REPLY TO THIS POST WITH YOUR SUGGESTIONS ON HOW THE PROPOSED CHANGE CAN BE MADE BETTER. START YOUR OWN IWC THREAD IF YOU HAVE AN IDEA ON HOW TO FURTHER IMPROVE AF AFTER THIS CHANGE PASSES OR FAILS.
