I found a 2000 Integra GS with 41K miles and leather seats (5spd) for $12,500, is this to much? Car is completely stock.

what are the horse power ratings on the 2000 GS's? I want a more reliable car than mine, and I only get 150 miles to a tank of gas, but I dont wanna be stuck with a slow car.
