is the 512TR the same as teh Testarossa, or different, i visited a couple webpages saying that its a Teastarossa 512TR, im confused, plz inform me

They are different. The 512Tr is the evolution of the testarossa. The power output was increased from 390 to 428 hp. Some cosmetic work was done in the front spoiler. The interior was also restyled with new seats.

The one of the left photo is a 512 tr while the other is a testarossa

Glez is quite correct - although I disagree with the "Some cosmetic work was done in the front spoiler." - it was a bit more than that - the front end is completely different. It's often referred to as a 348 front end - which is a fair description, as they're extremely similar.

The 512tr is meant to be a considerable improvement over the Testarossa - although only having driven a Testarossa I can't confirm that. If it's true, however, it must be spectacularly good.
