Do you need an adapter for putting on 14" wheels on a Cavalier that came with 13" wheels?

uhm, do you mean wheel spacers.... cause if thats the case, it depens on the offset of the new wheels...

No, this is simply putting 14" Pontiac tires and wheels on a Chevy Cavalier that came w/13" wheels.....
