I was wondering if there is a possibility to modify the original X5 headlights with the "angel eyes".
No way to find more info on the internet so maybe are there some X5ers that already have experience with this modification.

Yes you can. Go to http://bimmer.roadfly.org/bmw/forums/e53/ and ask around there. I believe some people have already preformed this modification.
