OK i was lookin @ a 98 supra but i have to have a turbo is there a kit for an n/a supra and some specs

I think suprastore.com sells a turbo kit for the NA supra for $5,000. I think it gives you something like 400rwhp. IMO, it would be a better idea to buy a JDM 2jzgte complete swap for $3,000.

I have a 98 NA auto supra and I am about to put on the FXMAX kit to upgrade it to a single turbo, the kit is around 5,000 and the work will be 1,200. Does anyone know anything about this kit? I am getting completely hosed when it comes to the price?? Info is desperately needed!!!!!!!

I don't know anything about that kit but IMO it is DEFINATELY better to just swap in a 2jzgte.

I have heard alot of bad things about the fmax kit. Also, i believe that the suprastore.com kit is just the old fmax kit. www.powerhouseracing.com has some kits. They offer major power, but for some major money. Boostlogic is supposed to be coming out w/ a very good kit pretty soon; i think the projected price is around 4,200 (This is the kit i'm waiting for.) Or you could always piece together your own kit, it's takes some time, but you could probably piece one together for less than you can buy a kit for.

Where can you get a JDM 2JZ-GTE and install for 3,000???? Im pretty sure the engine alone costs 3k:)..unless you install it your self...then maybe 3k.

The site that sold it for $3000 stopped carrying it. I checked the site a few days ago. You can still find them for $3500. A complete swap just includes all the parts you need. It's still probably gonna cost $1000 to get it swapped in.
