replacing serpentine beltm22mike 08-09-2003, 09:55 PM I started to replace the drive belt on my 96 Park Ave today, I realize that the right side top engine mount must be losened or removed first. Any tricks I should know that might help? What part needs to come loose? The rubber isolater or the 3 point cast bracket that holds the mount. Thanks Mike Flatrater 08-09-2003, 10:20 PM You can do it without removing the engine mount or the bracket. Look under the front of the mount underside you will see a 18mm nut remove the nut. Next remove the stud. Grab a prybar pry the mount and the spacer for the bolt will fall out. Then you can replace the belt. Automotive Network, Inc., Copyright ©2012
