dodge neon 95 , timingbelt change damper pulley qod
Have 95 neon SOHC
I have read the pulling the damper pulling is
difficult as it is pressed on at 6000 psi.
and no keyway.
is this true and does it take a special tool
to get it off and put it on.

You can get a 5-ton 3 jaw puller from Autozone, at least in Phx they rent them out for about $40 but you get the $ back when you return it. There is a Miller special tool for Chrysler but its about $250.
