Question Bouncing Fuel/Temp Gauges????

I have a problem. My engine light is on (like usual) and today my Speed Sensor went out...as in bad....
So Here's the deal, I'm driving along, about 20 miles later, and my needles in the temp and Fuel Gauge start kinda moving around on their own, generally being low, and then sometimes going back to normal. Fuses are good, etc. It's just weird, cause they kinda do it together...a little....Is there any way these 2 are connected to the Speed Sensor? or something like that? Let me know what you think folks! peace!

James
