92 Tercel

My friends dad is selling his tercel for $4500
HA! i told him if he lowerd the price to around $2000 i'd maybe even consider it.

Correct me if i'm wrong but thats a rip off

Manual Trans.
Good Condition
1992
Works well, but may need some work

Basically i've only seen like one suped up Tercel in my life and it wasn't the greatest. Is there even some decent body kits for it?

there are nicely done tercels.. if you know where to look...

try Tercel Online ...
that's the best site for tercel so far.. and if you look hard enough, you can see some very nicely tercel in there.. plus the board is so, so alive..

body kits for what year?
for 95+ .. you have the m3 kit and black widow kit...
for 91-94 - you have the wing west kit, Razzi Kit, and I think the skyline kit will be ready soon...
before 91- i don't think they have one...

or you can just custom fit some from 92-95 civics...

Thankyou for the input on tercel body kits.

Could I get some feedback about the price range he is offering, and
how much should i normally try to spend with a used, good condition,
automatic, can drive fairly well but needs work.

Thanks again,
Adam R

I think $4500 is pretty steep price.. but it is up to you.. look at the condition of the engine.. you said it needs some work.. how severe is the damage.. you might end up paying more.. take a look especially the engine.. bring someone who knows the ins and out of the car, (if ur not familiar with pitfall)..

you can get a decent 240sx with that price and probably a 5.0 mustang..
