How to take rear door panel off

I see that others have had their rear base speaker go bad. I only see one screw in the door panel. Can someone tell me how to remove this door panel? With the screw removed, I couldn't see any obvious way to pull off the panel. I was concerned about busting the panel if I pulled too hard or at the wrong point.

First of all, there is only one screw, just use a screwdriver and work it out, don't be scared, it won't break...

yes there are two hidden screws for my 94 yous is probally the same look ubove the ash tray there is a black round circle its in between the dooe handle you have to remove it with your finger nail or with a knife something flat just pop it out unscrew then pull the black cover off also there is one towards the bottom not to far down its a whole that you have to put the screw driver in unscrew there are 3 scews I believe all together but you already found one dont forget to unhook the power plug when you start to pull the door panel off you'll see what im talking about
