Question How to Remove Trim Level Badge

Hey-

I'm new to this forum. I have a 2000 Tahoe that I want to remove the LS badge from. I hate it on the car because it might as well be an LT. It has leather, two-tone, etc. that LT has but people think its cheap because it is an LS. All its missing is OnStar. I want to know how to remove the LS badge from the side of the vehicle. If anyone knows, they can e-mail me at fly777ba@hotmail.com or post here. Thanks.

Jack

Have some spare time?

Your LS badge is basically a sticker.

On a warm day, in direct sunlight, use dental floss to separate it from the surface of the vehicle. If the floss breaks too much and pisses you off, then try thin plastic stuff (like weed wacker line or fishing line). Then use a road tar/tree sap remover a few times to get the sticky stuff off.
