Yukon (Brushed Alluminum Door Sills)

Hello All,
Just wondering if anyone knows where I can get alluminum door sills for the Yukon. I recently saw a Brabus Mercedes with Alluminim door sills, and loved it! Please let me know if anyone knows of such modifications for the Yukon.
