1998 Honda Accord LX

Ok here is the story I raced a 2001 V6 mustang in my 1999 Honda Civic Dx

the mustang was auto. So I beat him off the line and am win but half a car 2nd he pulls beside me and 3rd he is in front

really pissed I lost to a v6 mustang so I am like I am going to get my moms car I will kick your ass in that

she has a 1998 Honda Accord LX 150 hp with 152 Lb torque

so we line up to race now the accord is auto so I but it 1 get ready to race the v6 kills me off the line and smokes my moms car but like 2 or 2 1/2 cars I am like wtf

so I do it again and just put it in drive 4 it did better off the line but still lost by 1 1/2 that really hurt me

Tell me why is my mom car slower then my dx

Gotta have a lot to do with the AT. I have a 2000 Accord w manual trans. The last time I remember racing a new V6 Mustang, I was sorta stuck by his rear fender. I messed up a little in launch though. This was before I slapped the heavy rims on my car.
