so one told me that i could get two chips put on my 90 eclispe gs 2.0 16 valve dohc, they said that it would make it quicker,
my gears last longer, and a higher top end speed can some one tell is this true

I don't know of the chips, but it seems logical that there are some out there. I mean, the eclipse is a pretty moddable car. However, increasing quickness and top end seems to be somewhat cotradictory. I mean, if it's delaying shifting points (in an auto) it would run through the gears longer (higher RPM before shifting).

well about the gears my car is a stick 5 speed and i can control my gear changing and that deals with my rpm's so i guess that is why he said that, i wonder where i could find some and how much they would cost
