Need help, 01 Tacoma 2.4DOHC into a 92 pickup 22R-E

How's it going folks, i had a question and was hoping for some advice.

I have a 1992 Toyota Pickup Extended Cab, 2.4L (SOHC) 22R-E 5-speed rwd.

I bought the truck for 500$ (in great shape) except for the engine was thought to be blown. I stribbed the fuel injection/intake exhaust and such off, removed the valve cover and it the timing chain has tons of slack on it, water got into the oil and it's nothing but milk now. Some scars on the camshaft lobes as well -- I'm figuring the engine is gone, and i have a great offer from a friend so i want to just swap engines.

The engine i'm getting from a friend is out of a 2001 Toyota Tacoma pickup, it has the 2.4L (and from what i read it's DOHC). I'm not sure if it's automatic of a 5-speed yet, however My question is, Will the 2001 2.4L tacoma engine bolt into my 1992 pickup, My main concern is the engine mounts. If needed i could use my old fuel injection and intake if they bolt up to the new head (hoping they will). The engine i'm getting has 300 miles on it, and it's only 900$ complete. Any advice would be much appreciated, thank you

Do a search on Pirate4x4.com, I read something about this swap. You should find some useful info on motor mounts, exhaust, etc.
