Question another engine

hi there, i'm from El salvador, and i have a Chevy Blazer 88', somebody know, if thereīs another engine that fits on my Chev besides the original?? it's just curiosity, because some guy said that the Isuzu Rodeo Engine fits in...

so...? i want to know

Isuzu Rodeo engine will not fit in the blazer. You will need all kinds of modifications just for it to sit, let aside running it.

i don't have any motor yet i was just trying to change my old motor, my s-10 blazer is a 2.8, i tried to put it on a 4.3 vortech but don't fit know some guy tell me that the isuzu rodeo engine is very similar to the blazer engine

but i think I'm gonna buy a Blazer engine from a auto salvage, at the U.S
