How do you crank those t-bars and how long does it take. What problems should i look out for if any ? Planning on installing some 31x10.50x15 's sonn , will that save me from trimming my mud-flaps ?

As for the torsion bars, I can't answer that question. For trimming on the mudflaps, with the size of tire you are getting you will not have to trim much and you will still be able to keep the mudflaps on.

Here is the link the MAXC site's how-to

You might still need to trim a bit. Once you get them mounted you will be able to tell. Use an exacto (sp) knife with a new blade. Worked great for me.

Well unless you really have something against doing some triming I would skip the T-Bars. I just put the same size tires on and a little triming did the trick.

The torsion bar adjustment is useless with 31" tires. All it does is reduce the frequency of rubbing at the inner top of the wheel well at max compression, and you shouldn't see that with 31" tires anyway. 32" tires are prone to it. It does nothing to reduce the amount of trimming needed to fit 31" tires, since that is at the bottom of the wheel well where the tire will always be.
