im considering buying a 1990 shebly daytona whit w/red int. i have a few questions 1 is it possible to swap the digital gauges from 89 ad under into the 1990?

No, the guage cluster from an 89 will not fit into the 90 and they never made a digital guage cluster for the 90 style dash.

As for the SRT-4 crate motor. I don't know of anyone, but I would give a dealership a call and see you can get them for. Also try getting one out of a wrecked SRT-4.
