to give u a rough idea of how fast the accord is i have beat mustang V6's, modded eclipses n/a so im runnin like low 7's 0-60

he should be runnin somethin around there since he has the 5.3L with 285hp
extended cab short wheelbase
and 3.73 gears

i wanna say you but my brothers got a 00 v-6 ex and its pretty fast but i think it will be close race with you on Top:flash:

nah carmaster is refering to another post about the civic si vs the tacoma ..lol but anyways the driver of the tacoma is really really really good and i just dont think that the si will blow the doors off of the tacoma ....ive driven the tacoma and ridden in both of them ...and their both pretty fast

that was my first thoughts

i raced em like last week
we were even!!!

i peeled out a lot at first and he didnt at all then i started pullin on him and then we jus evened out and it was a tie all the way up to 80-85 straight road

well it was on a stoplight street and i got a bad launch since i peeled out alot
he didnt floor it at first which is what i should have done and he didnt use the torque button

so we decided on a rematch on a flat kinda bettter road so we will have traction :sun:

and i should get my new pullies in by then
the ones i got now are for the wrong freakin car so i gotta send em bak

uhh no

it was a tie no one was pulling and we ran out of road up ahead cause of a stoplight

guess we just gotta wait till we get to the track next time

and mag times arent reliable

too many variables

the track is the best way

so each car is tested in the same temperature and area.
