I just put a 1Jz in my 86 supra(MA70) and me engineer won't issue a cert. he said that i need to get an emissions test done. he told me there are a few ppl lookin 4 the same thing as me. Apparently the " Before Feb 1986" model would pass 4 a cert but mine's a 'May 1986' model.

I am willing to pay some decent $$ and i have been quote around the $2,000(au) mark. i can't really afford that, so i am looking 4 any1 who can help me find somewhere a bit cheaper or.... if any one has been in my situation and have the same car with the same engine and had an emissions test done, can u please contact me suupra_chick@hotmail.com or alternatively cougar20000@hotmail.com so i can organise a viewing of the cert. i am willing to pay.
