Let's get even.

My 740i has now been at the dealer for over 3 months. Terrible service, BMW Corp is no help & BMW support is not worth a damn.

I finally contacted the media. They said to get some documented stories and they will do a national broadcast. (you may have to be interviewed for your story to be aired) They just love sticking these big guys.

We might even be able to start a class action law suit if we determine we are are experiencing similar problems.

BMW has always given me great service so i can't complain..... actually the best service. They always try to keep the customer happy, maybe you just got a bad place?
