Could somebody explain to me how the 2003 Viper doorhandles work? I've never seen one up close, but in the pictures there aren't any handles. I think that looks really good, but I'm just wondering how it works.
Not on the SRT-10's. You are referring to the Gen 2 Vipers.
The SRT's have a push down plate on the top surface of the door that resembles the door handles on a late 1960's coke bottle Corvette (which were chrome). The reason that you can
t see it is because they are body colored.

man.. it's just sort of a novelty thing. yes every car can have it installed.. just as every car can have a no2 fogger system installed. it's just the viper is as close to a race car as many of the sports car enthusiast buyers are going to get, so they put the ignition that race cars have in it. man.. even fire trucks have a push button ignition.. it doesn't mean they're special.. it's just novelty man.
how come viper thinks that the new viper ignition is special any car can have that installed i heard...

y'al got it wrong!!!! u push da button on the keyless entry part and da electric door locks release and the door slightly opens so u put your grubby little hands in the opening and PULL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
