Cool Upper suspension arms

Hey dudes and dudettes,
Just got knocked back on my WOF with these. Has anyone tackled replacing the upper arms at home and if so, is it a bastard to do? Been quoted $550+ GST to do a "drive in drive out" job and figure its got to be a bit cheaper to do than that. Correct me if Im way off here.
Ciaow for now.

There is a few kits you can purchase to replace the bushes, Nolathane does one, and there are other types out there also.

Fusion Boy,

Yes, they are an absolute pig. I fortunately had assistance of a mate who owns a workshop. Still took about 2 hours with a hammer and cold-chisel and vice (don't try it without a vice!!) to get the old bastards out (for a replacement camber kit)
