is the yukon denali xl fast? powerful? peppy?

My father-in-law has a 2003 Yukon XL. I drove it from Phoenix, AZ up to the Grand Canyon and back. It definitely had plenty of power and pep. I was impressed with the whole truck. Very nice ride and a pleasure to drive. Loved the seemingly short turning radius on such a big unit. Just my opinion, but I love that truck.
