won't start Half the time

my Lumina car has some major electrical problems. First off, when i go to try to start it, it does not always start. some times the engine fan {after siting for 2 or 3 days} will click on and off reall fast. Today when i tryed to start it the coolent lite would turn on and off. There was also a relay clicking some were By the intake manifold. hopfully someone might have a clue. Is thuis a comin problem for this year and make? Could it be the ICM/cumputer? help!

it's going to be a bad connection, check for a clean body ground at battery, battery terminals, including the wire to terminal connection, and, don't forget the ground on engine, but my money is on the body ground being bad
