Maybe V-TECH......... Gerbilo 07-14-2003, 02:02 AM I have a 92 D16Z6, doesn't say VTEC on it.. you'd be amazed at how many people think that since it doesn't say it, it must not have it. diegoaccord 07-14-2003, 02:37 AM Damn, you all act like YOU were offended by him writing VTEC wrong. It's not YOUR name, dont worry about it. jameskersten 07-14-2003, 10:27 AM d16z6 is vtec, the valve cover doesnt say vtec if you have a 92-93 after that in 94 they started putting vtev on the cover candlaudio 07-14-2003, 02:19 PM the last statement isnt really true cause i just bought a 99 civic ex with a d16y8 and the valve cover doesnt say vtec on it either so that isnt always true, listen all you have to do to see if it is vtec or not is just look at the head and if you see an oil line on the back on the passenger side then it is a vtec SuprAutoCivic 07-14-2003, 09:28 PM Originally posted by diegoaccord Damn, you all act like YOU were offended by him writing VTEC wrong.
