1999 tahoe tire tuck

Hello, this is my first post. I have a 1999 chevrolet tahoe. I recently had 2 inch lift blocks put in the rear and my torsion bars cranked up about 2 to 2 1/4 inches. The front end is about 1/4 inch lower than the rear. it has had rancho rs 9000 suspension all the way around. I want to put a set of interco thornbirds on it 33x11.5x16 on a factory 16x7 inch rim, which I will replace later with a 16x8. The tire measures 32.4x11.7. Will this fit or will it scrub my wheel wells and bumper. Mickey thompson website said that a tire measuring 32.8x11.2 or in metric a 285/75/16 would fit my truck with the 2 in. lift without any problem. It sounds like it might work for me but I am no expert. I plan on doing a body lift this winter so minimal scrubbing might be acceptable. What do you guys think about the thornbirds as well? Any suggestions would be great. Thanks,

A Thought!

If I am not mistaken a 33X11.50R16LT requires a minimum of an 8" wide wheel, nominal 9". If you want to do this right (and it sounds like you do) then order the tires with 9" wheels and install them together.

Hope this helps.
