Question Parking Lights

Hello anyone have their parking lights stay on with all switches off? They now are flickering I dissconnected the power to the controll module under dash and am wondering if it is the switch or the module?

Had the exact same problem...Let me guess, the parking lights just flicker on and off in a very random manner, even when the car is off? Unfortunately, I never found the problem, however it did go away after awhile...It could very well have been the relay under the dash that controls the twilight sentinel-no big deal to replace, and it's fairly cheap (standard relay). Just follow the sound of the clicking....haha....hope you find the solution!

Re: Parking Lights

Is it doing this only when using the sentinel(automatic off) mode? A few on this site have found that prolonged inactivity of the main light switch, on the multifunction stalk, caused these symptoms. Try to clean the contacts on the sentinel, and use the main switch for a few days and see if it stops.

Re: Parking Lights

Absolutely a multi-function switch type condition! Replace lots of them for this reason...
