Can we have this forum moved to off topic and a name change to Anime

as having two forums about drifting has killed it off and it needs a bit of a revival.

what about doubling this forum as initial d and japanese drifting......and leave the drifting forum as open to all forms of drifting......i'm thinking that this way it will revive the initial d forum and make everyone happy.....

nice but can we move most of the intial D and anime related stuff out of the initial D forum into the Anime forum? Then move any drift stuff to the drifting forum? Then after all that delete the Initial D forum?
