DVS LT1 06-21-2003, 11:41 AM A buddy who works with me has a 2001 Alero 4 cylinder and wants to know how to take off the speed limiter. Any ideas?? Swigz 06-21-2003, 01:07 PM By speed limiter I assume you mean governor so to get rid of that you need a computer program that disables it. Check around, Im sure you can find one.
