well i got a 93' honda accord 10th anniversary,
the car was stored for two years, and a couple months ago i started driving it again, it started up fine...Now the car seems to go throw alot of batteries..I thought it was the alternator, so i replace it cause it was draining the batteries..and put a brand new battery in the car too..now the car won't start anymore..i don't know what the problem is..Can anyone tell me what the problem is..thanks

If it was sitting for a while I'd say drain the fluids: /brakes/empty gas/coolant/tran/oil and crap. Did you put the alternator in while the car battery was disconnected? If not, the voltage regulator on the alt. could be fudged up. Check your seals and gaskets for leaks too! could be bad if coolant is leaking into your cylinders.

doubt this will help, but i had the same problem. I have a 92, and i had it stored for about a year because, unfortunatley, i lost my licence. Once i took it out, it wouldn't start. after charging the battery numerous times, it would do fine, but once i shut it off, the same thing happened. i replaced the alternator and it seems to be doing ok, but i'm still sketchy about it

corroded wiring perhaps? I think it's a VERY good practice to disconnect the battery if storing something for a long period, maybe even drain the gas, flush out fluids, etc.- especially in the case of 2 YEARS worth of storage, to bad the previous owner didn't seem to be aware of that... Hopefully you have nothing major on your hands though (*crosses fingers)
