do forged rods (such as eagle rods) give you any horsepower or do they just reinforce your engine for higher horsepower applications?

also how much horsepower could i expect from a MSD 6A (or 6AL) ignition?

rods are just for strength. msd really doent give you a noticable power gain its just a hotter spark to burn all the fuel in the cylinder
