I have lots of pics but I only have bitmap images, anybody know how to change them from bitmap images to jpg images? Because if you do it would really help

actually thats one of my favorite 240sx kits.... I used to know what it was called and all but I forgot, its expensive too, but looks cool. I like how the bottom kinda angles out...... thea rear valence kicks ass too.
