Question 383 stroker

ok guys..im not a chevy guy..so i figured i would stop in here and get some help for my buddy..he just bought a 383 stroker..now he also bought the edelbrock preformer intake, cam and carb..he is worried that the cam may be the wrong one for the application..or he is not sure what the application is..i know this is very vague..but any help would be appreciated..i just dont think he wants to take away anything from the stroker with a top end cam..the specs he gave me little that they are.. consist of......7101 intake7102 cam..guys thats all he gave me..sorry ..like i said before any help would be appreciated..

I think you and your freind should contact Edelbrock Tech Support and talk to them. They can set you straight better than anyone else.
