Its very simple

Make sure the car is on the ground
Remove 2 bolts on each strut tower
Install brace
Re-install bolts

Personally I would not use a hinged style brace

yea, I had a brace that had screws goin though the brace to the mounts...asshole at the body shop put it in bad after I got rearended....why he took the FRONT brace off for that is beyond me...but anyways, the damn nuts came off the bolts....so I had to got by new nuts to fit over the bolts...the thing was useless without those nuts...since the bar wast connectin the 2 towers then, ti was just a pretty peice of metal. Of course....I found 2 new nuts, and put those suckers back on so tight, they'll never come off, lol. Now it works again, thankfully...lol:biggrin:
