Question Intercooler

How much modification and fabrication to the front bar & engine bay is need to fit front mount on a R32?

Also does anyone elses standard BOV open when at half throttle?

Thanks,

No mods required to the front bar for fitting, you only require mods for airflow. My GTR front mount works great with the standard unmodified front.

Yes my BOV leaks especially when cold. I don't suppose there's any way of fixing it, so for the moment I just live with it, and don't go past half-throttle until it's warm, which you shouldn't anyhow.

Have you got any pics of the install.

Has anyone welded two cores together at all?

Cheers,
Doc
