Cold Air Intakes

Hi, I have a 1995 Volvo 850 sedan non turbo. I have just installed a new exhaust system. I am looking for a cold air intake if someone makes one for the non turbo, and or also if anyone knows how to make one, tell me how, and what materials to use. i live in franklin TN and i have a 94 850 GLT non turbo w/ a 2.4L engine can you help me put in a cold air intake system?
