02 silverado w/4.3

I HAVE A CHANCE TO BUY A WRECKED 99 Z28. THE Z Has Lt 1 heads, auto tranny in perfect cond. Can I change to this engine with ease or would there be many headaches to come. Just by looking the engine and tranny look to bolt the same. What big step am I not realizing with mods and cost.

You'd be lookin at another $300+ in accessories to make it mount. Fuel lines and engine mounts are different as well as the radiator (although I can't seem to find a difference). Skip on the tranny though, as long as your 4.3L has a 4L60E any 4.8L/5.3L V8 will bolt up to it.
