My wife's Stratus had the same symtom on the drivers side shortly after we got it new. It was the seal around the windshield. Dealer repaired it at no charge. If you are good at such things, and can determine where the leak is (use a garden hose around different areas of the glass), you may be able to close the leak with some silicon rubber. Area should be left to dry completly before applying the silicone rubber. Otherwise, I advise taking it to the dealer if under warrenty or to a good winshield shop. If the glass is by chance damaged and affects the drivers view, you may be able to get it replaced under insurance. Best of luck.
