Angry Oil Leak!!Help!!

I have an oil leak around the top back of the motor. It is on the top of the tranny. Could it be the lower intake manifold. Its not a vavle cover. It getting to be about a quart a week. please help

From your short description I would have to say it is your lower intake leaking oil or the oil pump drive cover on the engine block. Wash the area off the best you can and run the car for a short drive and see excatly where the oil is leaking at. I would not wait too long to get this fixed before it gets too much out of hand. These 3.1L engine have leaking oil from the lower intake for the last 20 years or so that they have been around.

These vehicle are well know for coolant leak at the lower intake. Do what flatrater mentioned, wash, road test and verify the location of the leak and proced with repairs. If it is an oil leak, do not let it go too long. These cars are known for camshafts breaking. Good Luck.
