It looks to be an MGC GT. The MGC was the six-cylinder version of the MGB and can be differentiated by the bulge across the front of the hood. The GT, offered in both MGB and MGC versions, was the hardtop hatchback sibling to the more common roadsters. The MGC was offered in the late 1960s and early 1970s.
