trying to remove the rear door panels in my 97 tahoe so that i can see if the rear window's can go all the way down? please help

They do not go down any further .... tried that a year or two ago ......

They don't go down due to the wheel cutout. As opposed to a Suburban with completely square door where the window will go down all the way.
